UK 1st Class Royal Mail Delivery (1-3 Days) - FREE
UK 1st Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (1-2 Days) - Upgrade for £1.25
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery UK (Mon - Fri) Before 1:00pm - Upgrade for £3.95
Guaranteed Saturday Delivery UK Before 1:00pm - Upgrade for £5.95

DELIVERY OPTIONS
UK 1st Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (1-3 Days) - FREE
All our items include FREE royal mail UK first class recorded delivery. Orders sent via 1st Class Post can generally be delivered within two days, (over 85% of all first class post arrives the next day). We cannot guarantee the exact date of delivery.
Please note that we will normally despatch all 1st class post two days before the requested delivery date as we would rather deliver your roses a day early than a day late. Also our online tracking facility does not allow you to track your order through to delivery. We consider all deliveries within one day of the specified delivery date to be accurate, If this is unacceptable to you we cannot highly recommend enough that you select another delivery method!
UK 1st Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (1-2 Days) - Upgrade for £1.25
We can deliver your item using our 1st class recorded delivery. Orders sent by recorded delivery take 1-2 days and need to be signed for on arrival.
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery UK (Mon - Fri) Before 1:00pm - Upgrade for £3.95
We can deliver your item using our guaranteed next day before 1:00pm delivery which includes order tracking. Orders sent by next day delivery are guaranteed to arrive next working day, usually before 1pm from Monday through Friday. We recommend this option for 'special' deliveries.
Guaranteed Saturday Delivery UK Before 1:00pm - Upgrade for £5.95
We can deliver your item using our guaranteed saturday next day before 1:00pm delivery which includes order tracking. Orders sent by next day delivery are guaranteed to arrive next working day, usually before 1pm on Saturday. We recommend this option for 'special satuday' deliveries.
All Non UK Deliveries (International Airmail) - Upgrade for £4.95
We can deliver to the United States (USA), Canada, Australia (AU) and throught Europe (EU). This option must be selected for all international deliveries. Generally delivery takes 4-7 days.
UK Express Delivery - Guaranteed Before 9:00am - £12.95
We also offer a pre 9:00am delivery option from Tuesday - Friday. This option costs £12.95. We recommend this option for 'special early' deliveries.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
If you require next day delivery, we require you to place your order with us before 1:00pm. Orders received after 1pm (UK Time) Monday to Friday cannot be despatched until the following working day.
Delivery Tracking:
We can provide delivery tracking codes for UK Next Working Day Before 1:00pm, UK Next Working Day Before 9:00am and European delivery options. The tracking codes can be used to follow the delivery process online using a special login code we will provide you with.
Want to Remain Anonymous?
Unless you state otherwise by adding a message to the free gift card we provide, all our roses and gifts are sent anonymously.
NO invoice or receipt is included within the packaging.
NO indication of who they are from unless you want it.
It is our policy that we do not give out any order details to anyone other than the person who placed the order, so should anyone enquire about the flowers or gifts they have received it will be totally anonymous.
Notification of Delivery:
You will receive an automatic email receipt of your order shortly after your
order is submitted. However, this does not mean the order and delivery requirements
have been processed, only that your order has been successfully placed online.
A RosesbyDesign sales consultant will then review your order. Should delivery
restrictions or additional charges apply, you will then be contacted by telephone
or email to discuss these matters.
Once your order has been successfully processed, you will receive a second email confirmation.
Bank Holiday Deliveries:Please be advised that deliveries may be unavailable or restricted on bank holidays. When bank holiday deliveries are available, a delivery surcharge may apply and we may not be able to offer specific-time deliveries. If you place an order for an area to which we are unable to deliver to on a bank holiday, a RosesbyDesign representative will contact you to notify you of any restrictions and to discuss alternative delivery arrangements.
Please note the majority of our roses are delivered next day before midday.
